We challenge students to become deeply involved in their education and apply what they are learning in different situations. This progressive approach presents our students with a unique learning experience where each classroom is viewed as an active learning centre and where instructors use a wide range of interactive instructional methods which include lectures, participation, discussion, role-plays, individual and group activities and community/industry projects, quizzes, and examinations.
This valuable educational experience is further enhanced by an intensive internship programme with one of our hotel industry or restaurant partners that allows students to apply all they have learnt in practical situations.
