Your service, knowledge and exceptional attitude concerning our celebration of the 2010 year was beyond recognition. As I told you on Friday, you have set the hospitality bar so high, and I trust that your students will go forth to represent your superior level of quality in the industry.I would like to comment further with regards to the students that were on service at the function. The service was flawless and the knowledge and skill of every student was excellent.

They are truly a group that I would be proud to have represent my establishment. I simply had to make eye contact and they would perform in a friendly, courteous and speedy manner. The presentation was great, the venue cosy, the atmosphere was comfortable (even though I could see the students were nervious), the music was so tasteful, the range of wines great and the food was well done and there was enough even at the end.
